I need to get an 80mm condensation t for a Kalor pellet stove any advice? Pellet stove has been condemned on very first service. The installer just taped it up.

The service guy told me that I could use the pellet stove but I must put on a condensation tee cap. I rang Oriel, no joy. Any advice? Where would I get one?
