Has anyone with a subscription read this article? The opening paragraph refers to 'paid parental leave' and I'm wondering if it's explained later in the paragraph. Maybe the employer has it as a benefit, not a state thing anyway

It'll be related to the company he works for. My other half's company gives 20 weeks parental leave on full pay.
