New boiler & rads installed but no powerflush

I just had a new boiler (Ideal Vogue Max Combi) and radiators installed but the plumber never done a powerflush prior (or post). Should he have?

Most manufacturers specifically ask for some sort of flush.
A lot of people don't go for it as it adds so much to the quote. A good plumber will know if it's really needed.
Problem for ordinary punter is knowing the quality of the plumber. 🤔

Thanks Wearb - hopefully be grand. Previous rads all heated up without issue but we wanted to change them as they were very, very old looking & battered.
