Bungalow Restoration

Hi Folks,

Hopefully moving in to Rosehill (Bungalow). The house needs a bit of modernizing. Just wondering if anyone here has had any experience either living in or working on the bungalows? Bit concerned about drainage up there and water ingress. General comments welcome - new to Wickow - thanks!

Thanks but really I was interested in hearing comments relating to the specific area (i.e. Wicklow) not about DIY for bungalows in general thanks.. Doesn't look like anyone was biting anyway, cheers.

i don’t really know much about Rosehill, though that in itself is arguably a positive thing! What was it that you were hoping to learn about Wicklow?

Its probably best to change the title of your post then. It sounds like you need advice on renovating a bungalow.
