Tritan Novel SR power shower- No water coming out ! Would really appreciate any help.

    Hi all,

    Shower internal pump making the normal noise when power button on.Just no water.Removed shower head, then removed hose still no water coming out.

    Hot water coming from hot/cold tap in kitchen & shower room all good.Can also hear tank re-filling above when toilet flushed.

    Any help would be really appreciated, only moved into my first home last week(apartment)! Thanks

    If the shower isn't putting out hot & cold water then faulty solenoid much more likely than air lock. That shower has a two years parts & labour warranty so it's most likely still covered. Triton 01 6286711 will look after you if still in warranty
