    Hi all,

Just wondering if I in theory got enough panels to produce 100% of my own electricity is this allowed? Or is there a cap on what a domestic home can produce.

Thanks and sorry if this has been asked before, I couldn’t find much info about it.

    In short : yes.

longer... it depends on how much electricity you use.

the ESB limit is 6kw of inverters, but others have got around that by putting in export limits YMMV!.

Summer is easy, its the winter that makes things difficult.
