Why do new builds require that there is a store room in them?

    Ms

Does not make any sense. Is this just in case something new comes out to fit in the house like a new heating system or something else altogether?

This is as well as the space for the heating system in the house by the way and no not my house.

    Peace and long life.

In lieu of the shed you won't fit in the postage stamp garden, I'd expect.
