Motivation to be a garda competency

I was just looking at competencies that have come up for interview. I will probably take an interview course if I get to stage 3 but I'm just curious and would like to discuss, how motivation to be a garda would be asked and how can you show that you are competent in relation to this?

For reference, motivation to be a garda - is committed to a role in An Garda Siochana. Appreciates the potential impact of the role both in terms of training in Templemore and the ongoing requirements of the role of Garda.
