Hi, For those involved in conveyancing can you tell me what is the fastest way to know when ownership has been transferred to a new owner and their name e.g. land registry record. I don't want to be paying 5 euro every week between now and the time the ownership actually transfers. Thanks.

You can set up an alert when the application has been lodged with the PRA to update the Land Register.
