Hoping someone can help me out...

My Sister is looking to move somewhere more rural and villagey...

The Bridge would be perfect for her, it has a bit of everything she is looking for, and is still close to work for her...

She has seen a number of houses for sale in one particular estate, but the fact that there is 3 houses for sale in the same estate has her a little concerned

The estate is Cluáin Droichéad...any help would be very much appreciated

It's a nice estate, close to everything and fully finished. It has no "problem" families AFAIK so it would be worth a look.

Don't suppose you are aware of soundproofing between houses...she currently lives in a Semi-D build late 80's early 90's and at times can hear everything next door?

I can't answer that but they are a modern enough build, I'm thinking early 00s.
