Flashing Samsung firmware - simlock ?

I'm buying a Samsung phone (a52s 5G) to use on Eir with WiFi calling . As such the handset will need to either have come from Eir or I'll have to flash firmware onto it. If I buy a handset that came from , say Three, when install the Eir firmware does anyone know for sure will the Three simlock be removed? TIA
