N26/revolut atm usage

Hi all, Apparently I can get a physical card with both of these to get money out. I've cancelled my boi so now need a way to get to atms. Which of these offers a better atm service, all things considered? Do they both work at all atms?

1st question is why do you need ATMs? If you're dealing in cash all the time you probably don't need an eMoney account, and N26 probably won't suit you either.

I need ATMs mainly for when I travel. Places like Italy and Spain often only accept cash in lots of scenarios. But in Ireland I almost never use cash.

What's an e money account?
