CAT/CGT on selling PPR on gifted site

Just a query if there will be a liability on selling on a home that has been our PPR for about 10 years , albeit it built on a gifted site from parent. Site value at the time of gifting was 65k and .3 of an acre. Looking online I see a figure of lived in for 3 year minimum?

No CGT on disposal of PPR.
