Rafter insulation

I have 150mm rafters to insulate and already have foil insulation stapled up to them. I was going to pull this down and staple back up after. Can I full fill the rafter and staple the foil back up touching the rafter roll? Thinking of condensation. To slab underneath do i need a batten - I am tight for space

It's more complicated than you think and the risk of failure is great if you don't consider air tightness, insulation and roof ventilation.
