Esb wayleave in garden

    Hello

    Does anybody have any experience with ESB wayleaves?

    I am potentially purchasing a home which has an ESB wayleave and can't find much information about the implications it brings.

    Have been told by numerous people in the industry that they're fine but would like to hear from somebody who has experience first hand.

    I've a pylon on my land.

    In the 3 years I'm here I've never seen anyone from the esb call to it
