Local property tax - incorrectly registered owner

    Hey,

    Just wanted to see if anyone else might know,

    Elderly mother asked me to pay her property tax online, I went in and followed all the steps etc.

    Further on through the application it had a heading 'registered property owner' under which my name appeared.

    My mam never put me down as a property owner of this address so I'm just wondering what this means?
