Wifi gate access control for two houses?

Looking for some guidance with setting up an intercom system for a set of electric gates.

Currently there is two houses behind one set of electric gates, the original intercom cabling that was ran in for one house has been damaged and is no longer usable for that house. Both houses are a good distance from the gates so hoping to use wifi to connect the nearest house to the gates. What I cant find is a system that will work over wifi that will have a base station at the gate connected to the internet from the nearest house and a substation in each house for receiving calls from the gate. Two call buttons at the gate side would be great but not essential, Basically would like to connect the three points of the gate , house 1 and house 2 over the internet.. Is there anything out there that can do this? Thanks in advance!

Something like this should suffice I would think, altho AV and intercoms are far from my comfort zone, advice is based on requirments, two premises, two handsets, wireless transmitter to handsets.

You might or could also look at GSM versions which would allow for more flexibility at the handset level.

Can a mobile phone connect to the house wifi from the gate? You describe it as a good distance, so wifi is hardly going to work is it?

Thanks...but range is only 100m through concrete.. would reach one house but not the other..

Currently wifi signal does not reach the gate.. but I gave no issues with running an Ethernet cable from the nearest house to the gate to create a network point at the gate.. not an option for the second house though..
