Hi, I use my laptop with an external keyboard, mouse and monitor. Is it possible to change the laptop settings so that I have the choice between using the external keyboard or the power button to turn on the laptop's power? I would use the normal power button but the laptop is in an akward place to do this each time. Thanks.

My work laptop is running Windows 10, and instead of shutting it down, I use the Hibernate function. I can wake it up with mouse or keyboard from this state, and it's supposed to be using very little power. See details here.
