Moving an ESB box

Hi,
Can anyone tell me if I can move an ESB box a couple of feet where it's new location would be above the gas box ?

Have a read of these but very unlikely Gas Networks or ESB would allow it

It would be quit a big job to move the esb incoming supply too. Involve digging up a good few m2 of driveway
