I won't be playing any Triple-A games.

Your request is quite vague, but I guess the main points are that you don't want to pay for an OS, you want AMD CPU and GPU and a big enough case for the drives. The most obvious thing you left out is your budget. Also important: the intended use. OK, not AAA games, but what else? The recommendations would depend heavily on this information.

If you fancy picking the parts yourself, have a look at pcspecialist.ie, where you can choose not to have an OS installed, choose the AMD parts you want, and the case you want. They will install Windows 10 without a license, just to make sure everything works fine, and you can wipe it clean when you get it.

Hi JP. Video editing (not 4K videos), Gaming (older games, emulators, etc.), virtualisation. I'm ok with the budget. €1000+ would be fine.
