    Hey Guys,

I have Virgin fiber and I'm pretty happy with it. I've often come across posts suggesting the hub 3.0 should be put into modem and and a "better" router should be used instead.

I'm curious is there really much of a performance improvement from doing this?

Are there certain features missing from the hub that can be found on better routers?

    What are some good suggestions?

Apologies if this post is a bit too general, as I said I'm just curious.

    Thanks.
