Separate garage, partially converted to a heated room. (Home office)

Roof insulated & dry, walls concrete/plastered finish.

    Floor is concrete.

Question on best way to damp proofing the concrete floor as it is now. Do I put down a damp proof membrane (sheeting) or Drybase Liquid damp proof?

    (Garage built in 00's)

Putting Lino finish on the floor top.
