Hi a family member is traveling to Uk and is not vaccinated. What are the requirements must he have a pcr test? To return to Ireland he will need one but to travel there I can’t find the information

They don't do checks on Irish people entering the UK, so he'll be fine.
However, coming back will be difficult, as they do check on people entering Ireland from UK.
