This popped into my head on my walk home from work this morning and I have no idea why.
Gay Byrne interviewed them Author on the Late Late Show.
The story is set in Ireland (at least most of it is) and main character is a member of the Irish Army Rangers. Another main character is an female Irish newsreader. The book apparently made a big deal about her legs and Gaybo tried to get the author to admit which real life RTÉ newsreader he had based the character on.
Can anyone identify the book?
