Replace Room Stat?

I have an old Drayton room stat, still working. Friend has given me a new Danfoss BasicPlus2 WT-D. Can I replace the Drayton with it? (New one appears to be mostly used in underfloor systems). If yes to 1 - is wiring difficult? Thanks...

Download the auld manual from t'internet and have a look? Doubt the wiring would be difficult if you have any experience with wiring.
