Fire certificates

    If a building currently does not have a fire certificate as built before the time... Is it exempt for all time if nothing has changed from original layout...

    If your building pre-exists the requirement for a fire cert there is no requirement to put one in place.


    Certain works will trigger the requirement ie, change of use / material alteration etc.
