Repair braided tap hose

I have one of the Boiling water taps in the house and was at it earlier to clean it out. I must have kinked the boiling water hose between the boiler and tap close to the boiler connection. There is a bit of slack to play with, so can I cut the end of the hose and crimp on a new fitting? Any idea where I could get these fittings or what are they called?

as far as I can tell, the 4 hoses are soldered into the tap unit and can’t be replaced.
