Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Virgin Media 360 and LG C1 Tv - Hdmi Issues

    Does anyone have a similar configuration and experience the same issue.

    Virgin Media 360 connect Via HDMI1 - LG recognizes the device as a Virgin Media Device but Lg Remote will Not control VM Box. When manually setting the box as a UPC Box, the Lg remote operates the 360 Box. - Just me ?

    Sonos Beam connected to HDMII2 (Arc), Sonos App will not Setup Beam due to "interference with another device". When 360 Box is disconnected Beam works ok. Have to use Optical connection to get Beam operational.

    I'm try to troubleshoot the issue to a Problem with 360 box or the TV , any help appreciated. BTW I have tried multiple HDMI slots and replaced cables.

    Did you ever find a solution to this? I’m having similar issues with a Virgin Horizon box and an LG tv.

    Does one have to use set up CEC to use 1 remote?
