Plastering over an RSJ with Timber, mesh and felt.

Hi there, Plasterer has informed me that I have to timber, felt and mesh the RSJ inside and out. How do I go about doing this? Do I put the noggins up first and cover them with felt? Has anyone got a pic from online on this? I cannot seem to find one. Cheers

No @Yellow_Fern it is just to cover up the Rsj for plastering
