Hi, Can anyone confirm this: Wife received TWSS in 2021 and is now liable to the all the tax this year rather than it been paid over a number of years. The reason for this is because we are jointly assessed and I’m self employed and warehousing is not an option. TIA

See the last part of this page relating to joint assessment cases where one spouse is PAYE with TWSS liabilities and one is self-employed.
Where the 4 year collection and warehousing are not options and the amount involved may be creating difficulties you can contact the Collector General as it says to see what other options may be available.
