Voluntary PRSI Contributions for Self-Employed

I'm submitting my Form 11 at the moment for self-employed income last year and with the PUP my income doesn't fall into the category for needing to pay PRSI.

I want to do a voluntary contribution for the year for PRSI though to keep up payments so I'll still be entitled to state pension at retirement. Is there somewhere I need to put this voluntary contribution amount on the Form 11 or do I apply elsewhere for this?

Been trying to get an answer on this for a while and everyone I've asked can't seem to help, including Revenue :( Any advice at all is welcome.
