JST and SPCCC

    The mother of my son is on Jobseekers transitional payment at the moment and is working part time as well. She was claiming SPCCC for our son while she was working full time but seen as she isn't anymore she is going to surrender the credit to me.

    Only thing is she thinks this will affect her JST and she won't be entitled to as much. I don't think the two are related, can anyone shed some light on this please?
