Hi,
The 3 bedroom terraced show homes have come for sale now in HWR Green which we are considering atm. Wondering about
1) the original price of these terraced houses
2) when the show home was built
3)Is the attic convertible?
4) Are the houses in Green occupied now so it doesn't feel lonely
5) They say no washer-dryer, no PV panels, is that the case for everyone?
6) What's the management fee?
7) Anything else we need to ask the EA/developer
