Vodafone Billing

    Hi all, maybe someone from Vodafone can help?

    I’ve made a payment through the Vodafone app this morning and it’s showed as being paid from my bank account - ie money has been deducted

    however on Vodafone it’s not received and I’ve rang customer service and they advised the payment is not received.

    Usually when I make the payment it’s reflected instantly on the App!

    does anyone know what happens now? Thanks for your help
