Is it possible to log onto the courts and watch online. The central criminal court for example. There is a case I'm interested in. I know up north it is possible. Thanks in advance

Generally no. The Supreme Court in recent years has released recordings of judgements of particular importance.

Certain pre-trial matters are done by video link, but those are private connections.

No the courts are not live streamed, you can physically go into the court and watch it although seating is limited now with covid so seats will orib be taken with family or other officers of the court
