Hi, I'm wondering do you have to refund an insurance company, if you have recived a claim from an arrising injury which you have recived compensation for. But did not include medical expenses, as it was covered by my medical insurance?

The insurance company is asking me to sign an undertaking - saying they will be refunded for any expenses due to the injury if I decide to claim.

They are looking to have their costs covered. Fairly standard I would say.
