Hi, I found the bigger and heavier the less per kg e.g. 665Kg @ 2.22 per kg, 550 @ 2.44 per kg. My calculations say cattle at 520Kg and 18months get best price per kg at this time of year. Charolais and Limousine are favorable, anything else you can give away. Shorthorn price is shocking low. Also what cattle to purchase…

Also what cattle to purchase in spring? using the above it suggests that to fatten cattle over the summer for the 7 months you should by 11 or 12 month old cattle, Charolais at maybe 200/250 kg.
