Gold bullion / Coins.

    I’m gonna start buying some physical gold.

    thinking of buying like an ounce a year.

    or a couple of grams a month , probably a mixture of bars.

    just a few questions, if I order from Europe whats The story with customs?

    and the same for the uk now with brexit and all that?

    I see in the uk and a few other countries that some gold coins are legal tender and not subject to CGT , can’t find anything like that for Ireland.

    I understand i will be holding it for a long time to see any type of return and who knows what the price of gold will be in the next 5-10 years, but I’m thinking it can be a little collector hobby picking up grams and stuff and i think getting grams of gold for the kids on there birthdays instead of sweet and **** would be money better spent. :-P

    Any gold collectors here?
