    Hey,

I've seen that steel and lumber prices have shot up in the last year and that it is going to be at least a year before they stabilise (if they ever do!). Does anyone know if the same is true for Window prices?

    Thanks

Like other things they're more expensive and have very long lead times. The lead times will eventually reduce but I can't see the prices of windows (or any materials) falling drastically. Working on a big public project where we're putting in a big order now that won't have the material to start making the windows until March.

Windows may drop a bit over time but won't drop much unless something drastic happens like the huge crash we had after the Celtic Tiger.
