Several millimeters of grout between each tile. How to fix or clean easily?

Hope all is well. The grout is about 1-2 mm lower than the tile's surface. This gap keeps getting dirty and easy to see. Photo attached. Not sure how this can be fixed, to make the grout at least at the same height or an easy way to "bleach" it because it is tough to remove the stains and dirt.

I tested a stream cleaner on part of my tiled floor. Turned out perfect and it's still clean about 6 weeks later but it would probably take a long time to do the whole lot but going to give it a shot soon enough.

Interested to see if anyone has an easier method.
