Moved in to a new house. Having lots of fights with this. First it was the beeps in the middle of the night to tell me about the battery. RF low battery. Audio warning was "device batteries need to be changed, please call engineer"

I replaced batteries in the sensors.

Needed eng code to clear error. Of course it was changed. Found away to reset to default.

Now when I try to arm it I get message on screen "waiting for .... Z04 PIR front continue arming?"

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

The PiR has become disconnected from the panel. It generally resolves itself very quickly. If not go into engineer

    Devices

    Add and I'd Devices

And scan for devices and see if they are all found.

Got it sorted thanks. I was focusing on the front of the house. As the error said front. Turns out it was the back. Sensors must be labelled wrong.

I take it I can just swap the boards from PIR around. With no issues?

Yes or just change the zone name in engineer.

You can but zone attributes may be different.

Easier to change the name in the zone menu.
