Poco phone charging issue.

    Apologies for starting a new discussion, my Poco (2 I think) phone is stuck on 18% charge, when I plug the charger in it says it's charging but it stays on 18% no matter how long I leave it plugged in for.

    Does anyone know if there is a remedy to this problem, would a new charger make a difference or is it an issue with the phone?

    Probably best if you get a lend of a different charger and cable to rule out those items.

    If it still doesn't charge after that it sounds like the phone.


    You could also check there's no lint/dirt obstructing the charging port. This is quite a common issue.
