Getting the most out of Virgin Media TV 360

Recently I subscribed to VM TV 360, but I think I am not using it in an optimum way. Are there manuals or tutorial to explain in a clear way how to use it in the best way possible? I would appreciate advice on how to learn as fully as possible what VM TV 360 can do. Thanks and regards.

One thing I would suggest... the library of movies available is quite something. Pretty much any film that's been over the last 30 days it's available on catch up. Just go to catch up select movies and it's a really impressive lineup, especially if you haven't watched any for the last 10 years or so!
