Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Removing used 24hr ticket from Leap card - possible?

    I added a 24hr ticket to Leap card a few weeks ago.

    I activated the ticket, and took journeys on that ticket.


    Now, as I present the card, the reader checks that ticket first, and then checks the "purse".

    As a result, the transaction is maybe 5-10 seconds longer than normal.

    I realise it's a minor issue, but is there any way to delete that ticket?

    Not that I know of. I had the exact same issue last year. But even worse, the reader wouldn't read the new ticket that I loaded and kept trying the old one! I had to get my card replaced to sort it.
