Hi all, i removed a wall decal from my sons bedroom and took some paint away with it (internal bedroom plasterboard wall with Dulux paint). What’s the best way to go about repainting (same colour) and covering the patches?

    Thanks

Give it a sand to feather back any rough edges, dust off, fill with a smooth interior filler, let filler dry, sand, touch up filler with the wall colour, then give the whole wall a coat of paint

That’s what I feared - any recommendations on a smooth filler? Many thanks for the reply

“Toupret” is a good brand of filler, they also do a ready mixed filler, might be just as handy for your job to use a ready mixed filler

Thanks for the recommendation on the filler. Went with Toupret fine surface filler from Screwfix and it worked out perfectly 👍🏻
