Couch to 5K community run

We( just a few people, not a running club) are doing a couch to 5k for people in our local community, where the will run 5k in 6 weeks. We are doing this in local gaa grounds where we have walkway. The gas insurance does not cover this. Any idea what we need to do? As I said we are not a club, just trying to promote…
