Inflatable kayak, ideas for solo trips

    Hi all I recently bought an inflatable Kayak, intex challenger k1 but struggling to find locations with flat calm water on the east coast to bring it to. Any suggestions would be great please. Or if anyone knows of any groups to join for inflatables that would be even better.

    Don't know any groups for inflatables i'm afraid.

    I'd say people be slow to give you places as the safety of paddling on your own is questionable, especially an inflatable.


    Best advice I can give is to start here. They run trips and have an interactive map of clubs.

    Also have a "Get Paddling" menu with safety info etc
