Eir Mobile Broadband Cancellation??

    I know this is a over discussed topic, but I was hoping someone could give me quick advice.

    I rang them on August 12th to cancel my bill, took the usual hour or so to do, but I was told I would have to pay 1 more bill and that'd be it.

    Got a SMS a couple days ago saying my new Eir bill was ready, went online and my account is still going and I owe them another bill.

    Can I just cancel my direct debit and tell them to f off?? Or will that just keep accumulating bills?? I dont even use the sim anymore..
