Gaming laptop - i9 11900H or i7 11800H?

I'm looking at the Alienware X15 and I'm almost settled on the configuration. It has the Nvidia 3070 and 32GB ram. The only thing I need to choose now is between i9 11900H or i7 11800H. I am a complete noob so can somebody give advice? Yes I know I should build a PC etc etc.
