Still haven't received Log Book

I bought a van from a car dealership 5 weeks ago and still haven't gotten my log book in the post. I contacted the garage last week and the guy is adamant he processed it. I'm keen to tax the vehicle and I'm just wondering what steps I need to take to sort out the problem.
